Keep a gratitude list

When our mind starts to get distracted with “background noise” or negative emotion, take a step back and ask yourself: “What am I grateful for?” Positive thoughts, words and actions inspired by gratitude allow us to thrive.

Try keeping a ‘gratitude list.’ Whether you add to it when you’re feeling a little blue or at a moment when you’re feeling on top of the world, write down those things that bring you joy, be they mental or physical. Recognizing what’s important to you can help you focus and be your best.
